This rigorous, on-site experience gave her an unparalleled command of the critical pillars of production logistics—budgeting, scheduling, and crewing—which remain the bedrock of her executive success.

This mastery of on-the-ground production informed her seamless transition into senior leadership. In her current role as Senior Director of Production for Unscripted Content at CBC, she is a strategic executive responsible for some of the nation's most beloved and commercially successful programming.

Her executive oversight covers a formidable portfolio of programming, from enduring series like Dragons' Den and the iconic The Nature of Things, to the celebrated competition The Great Canadian Baking Show and the complex production of live national broadcasts such as The Juno Awards.
