Andy Marshall is a writer, actor, producer and cultural worker.  Andy was the Creator and Producer of SOUL, a six-part one-hour dramatic series that aired on VisionTV in Canada.  He has acted in over 50 film, television and theatre projects, and is currently raising funds to produce his first feature film, The Story of Farah & Halima.

As a cultural worker, Andy is the Manager, Programs at the Black Screen Office.  Previously, he was the Industry Programs Coordinator at the Reelworld Film Festival 2018, and the E20 Workshops Coordinator at Reelworld 2021.  

Andy currently has a medical procedural, a web series, a night-time soap, and two feature films in active development.  Both features received development funding from Telefilm Canada, the two series have been offered funding from the CMF, and the web series is being developed through Caribbean Tales’ CTBISAP Program.

Andy is a graduate of York University (Theatre) and the CFC Producers Lab.
