Deb Day is the Chief Strategist, the Founder and CEO of Innovate By Day, a strategic marketing and digital content studio that specializes in the film, television and digital industry, engaging audiences online. Prior to forming Innovate, Deb produced and directed award-winning film and television. Over the last nine years, Innovate has worked with companies, individuals, organization, broadcasters including Telefilm Canada, Just For Laughs, Entertainment One, Cheryl Hickey, The Bachelor Canada Franchise, Private Eyes, Mary Kills People, Rookie Blue, Corner Gas, Workin’ Moms, The Canadian Country Music Association, Canadian Music Publishers, YouTube and Facebook.

Deb leads her team in producing customized audience-centric digital content and strategies that are on-brand, creative, and grounded in research. She and her team produce interactive digital content, manage online communities, live events, and execute paid ad campaigns.
