Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least two full business days before the event are eligible for a 75% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two business days of the event or for no-shows.

  • On Screen Manitoba reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event if minimum registration is not met. If the event is canceled, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Getting There 

We encourage commuting and carpooling whenever possible.

  • By Bus: The Fort Garry Hotel bus stops include #10589 and #10590 (Broadway at Smith) and #10651 and #11052 (Smith and Broadway/Main and Broadway). 

  • By Car: Paid parking is available at The Fort Garry Hotel (valet, Lower Parkade off Garry Street, or Upper Parkade via ramp on Garry Street).  

Accessibility  

  • Accessible entry at The Fort Garry Hotel is available via the Fort Street entrance with ramp or through the Upper Parkade entrance. Elevators connect the lobby to the mezzanine.
