For over 20 tears Shelly Anthis has been a filmmaker and professional crew member in the Manitoba Film Industry working in various capacities, as a Producer/Director, Location Scout/Manager and Casting Director. Shelly has worked closely with creative teams for all types of projects developing and instilling a solid work ethic, supporting and creating a harmonious balance for filmmakers to flourish.
With a passion to learn all facets of production, Shelly has produced, wrote and directed her own films in a variety of capacities and genres. In July 2021, Shelly joined the City of Winnipeg as Film Liaison for The City of Winnipeg’s Film and Special Events Office. Shelly is a proud member of Winnipeg flourishing film community and looks forward to networking with filmmakers of all genres.
