With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Stephanie started out in the corporate world before venturing into the creative industry, where she found her true home. Having worked in the video game and animation industries for the past 15 years, she played a significant role in launching multiple game development and animation studios across Canada, the most recent one being the Reel FX Studio in Montreal in 2018. With a strong emphasis on culture, work environment, and employee well-being, Stephanie is passionate about taking on new challenges and continues to be a motivating force in the industry.
