Q: Is this event for Indigenous productions or Indigenous producers, directors, filmmakers, or crew only?
A: Not at all. All Access 365: Indigenous Leadership, Pathways & Sustainable Production is open to everyone working in Manitoba’s media production community. The day is designed to bring the full production ecosystem together — Indigenous and non-Indigenous — to build shared understanding, strengthen relationships, and explore how we can collectively support Indigenous leadership, sustainable practices, and long-term growth across the industry.
Q: Why are Indigenous leadership and sustainability part of the same event?
A: This work aims to develop a Manitoba-specific approach to sustainability that reflects our province’s unique industry conditions, shared responsibilities to the land we use, and the integrated perspectives of our community.
Indigenous perspectives bring long-standing knowledge of stewardship, responsibility, and long-term thinking—principles that are essential to how sustainability is understood and practiced in Manitoba. Bringing these conversations together allows the industry to explore how Indigenous leadership, production pathways, and sustainable practices intersect, and how we can move forward in ways that are practical, respectful, and collaborative.
Q: I attended a previous All Access 365 event. Is this the same? Should I attend again?
A: Each All Access 365 event has a different focus, so no two days are quite the same. While past events explored other areas of the industry, the January 14 program centres on Indigenous leadership, production pathways, and sustainable production in Manitoba.
Even if you’ve attended before, this event offers new conversations, new voices, and new opportunities to connect. And regardless of the day’s subject matter, the industry networking mixer at the end of the day is always a great way to build relationships, catch up with colleagues, and meet new people from across the sector.
Q: Who should attend?
A: All Access 365 is for anyone working in Manitoba’s media production community — whether you’re emerging, mid-career, or well established.
This includes producers, directors, writers, crew, technicians, service suppliers, unions, guilds, funders, broadcasters, and sector partners. Both Indigenous leadership and sustainable production are relevant to all areas of production, and the event is designed to support learning and collaboration across the entire ecosystem.
Q: I cannot attend the full day. Can I still come?
A: Absolutely. We know schedules can be busy, and you’re welcome to join for the parts of the day that work best for you. If you’d like to attend only a specific session or portion of the day, please reach out to info@onscreenmanitoba.com to discuss options. Networking mixer passes are also available if you’d like to join us just for the evening Industry Networking Mixer — a great way to connect even if you can’t attend the full program.
Q: Do I need to be a member of On Screen Manitoba to attend?
A: No — the event is open to both members and non-members.
That said, becoming a member comes with benefits beyond discounted event pricing, including access to programs, resources, industry updates, and year-round opportunities to connect and build relationships within Manitoba’s production community. If you’re new, there’s also a New Member Promo Bundle that includes an All Access 365 event pass along with a four-month On Screen Manitoba Professional Membership.
Q: Will sessions be recorded or streamed?
A: No. All Access 365 is designed as an in-person event to encourage open discussion, collaboration, and relationship building.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made at least two full business days before the event are eligible for a 75% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two business days of the event or for no shows.
On Screen Manitoba reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event if minimum registration is not met. In the event of cancellation, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
Q: Are tickets transferable?
A: Registrations are non-transferable. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact info@onscreenmanitoba.com to discuss options.
Q: Who organizes All Access 365?
A: All Access 365 is delivered by On Screen Manitoba, the province’s non-profit industry association representing more than 2,000 filmmakers, producers, creators, crew, unions, festivals, and service suppliers working in Manitoba’s media production industry.
Q: Who do I contact if I have questions?
A: Please email info@onscreenmanitoba.com with any questions related to registration, accessibility, or programming.
