Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I attended All Access 365 in February or March. Is this event the same? Should I attend again?

A: Each All Access 365 event has a unique focus. February and March sessions highlighted other areas of the Manitoba media production industry, while this November edition is dedicated to factual, unscripted, and documentary.

If your work touches these genres — or if you’re looking to expand into them — this event offers new speakers, fresh topics, and direct access to national decision-makers. Even if you’ve attended past editions, you’ll gain different insights and connections by participating in this program.

Q: Who can attend?

A: All Access 365 is open to emerging, mid-level, and experienced professionals—both above and below the line—who want to learn, connect, and collaborate with national industry leaders right here in Manitoba. Participants across all areas of production, including creators, companies, crew, service providers, students, and sector partners, will find opportunities to engage and grow in the factual, unscripted, and documentary space.

Q: Do I need to be a member of On Screen Manitoba?

A: The event is open to both members and non-members. OSM members receive discounted registration rates. A New Member Promo Bundle is also available, which combines an AA365 event pass with a four-month OSM Professional Membership.

Q: What is included with All Access 365 Full Pass registration?

  • Access to all Day 1 industry sessions

  • Lunch and light refreshments during breaks

  • Entry to the evening Networking Mixer (includes one complimentary drink)

Day 2 one-on-one meetings require a separate application.

Q: I’m not available for the full day on November 5. Can I still participate?

A: We understand that everyone has different schedules and commitments. You’re welcome to purchase a ticket for the Evening Industry Networking Mixer only.

Please note that Day 2 one-on-one meetings with funders and broadcasters are open to participants who attend the full Day 1 program.

Freelance crew are invited to attend the Meet and Greet with CBC and the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) regardless of Day 1 attendance.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Most attendees choose business casual or comfortable professional attire.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?

A: Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at both The Forks Market Event Space and The Fort Garry Hotel.

Q: Will sessions be recorded or streamed for later viewing?

A: No. All Access 365 is designed as an in-person event to encourage open discussion and networking.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations made at least two full business days before the event are eligible for a 75% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two business days of the event or for no-shows.

  • On Screen Manitoba reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event if minimum registration is not met. In the case of cancellation, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Q: Are tickets transferable?

A: Registrations are non-transferable. If you’re no longer able to attend, please contact us at info@onscreenmanitoba.com to discuss options.
